# IKD: Appointed Yu Chengyun as Deputy General Manager

IKD announced that the company will hold the 11th meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 18, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of a vice president, appointing Mr. Yu Chengyun as the vice president of the company, with a term from the date of board approval until the expiration of the fourth board's term.
