# IKD plans to spend 100 million to 200 million yuan to implement a buyback, with a buyback price not exceeding 24.17 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, IKD (600933.SH) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through a centralized bidding method, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 200 million (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 24.17 (inclusive), and the repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan
