# Raycloud plans to grant 1.5 million restricted stocks

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Raycloud (688365.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1.5 million restricted shares (1.2 million for the initial grant and 300,000 reserved). The initial grant price will not be less than 6.91 yuan per share. A total of 47 individuals are the incentive recipients for the initial grant of restricted shares.

This incentive plan is valid from the date of the initial grant of restricted shares until all the restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 60 months
