# CLICK plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CLICK (002782.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 8.5 million shares of restricted stock to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.72% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. The grant price is set at 6.10 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the completion date of the registration of the restricted stock to the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
