# KDXC plans to raise no more than 585 million yuan through a private placement, with the controlling shareholder participating in the subscription

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDXC (002669.SZ) has announced a plan to issue shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The issuance will target no more than 35 specific entities (including the controlling shareholder Tangshan Gongkong) that meet the requirements set by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Among them, Tangshan Gongkong intends to subscribe for a total number of shares not less than 3% (inclusive) of the actual number of shares issued in this offering, and after the completion of this issuance, Tangshan Gongkong's shareholding ratio will not exceed 30% of the total share capital of the issuer; the remaining shares will be subscribed for in cash by other issuing entities.

The total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific targets will not exceed 585 million yuan (inclusive), and the net amount after deducting issuance expenses is intended to be used entirely for the construction of fundraising projects and to supplement working capital
