PINLIVE announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shanghai Xili Enterprise Management Center, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 525,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions from March 18, 2025, to June 17, 2025, representing a reduction ratio of 0.53%. As of the announcement date, Xili holds 4.725 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.77% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan has been pre-disclosed in accordance with relevant regulations, and the actual number of shares reduced has not exceeded the planned number of shares to be reduced, which will not lead to a change in the control of the listed company
