Nanshan Fashion announced that shareholders holding 2.00% of the company's shares, Yantai Nansheng Investment Partnership and Yantai Shengkun Investment Partnership, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.5312 million shares, accounting for 0.50% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will not be lower than the issue price of the company's initial public offering
