HAIMO announced that the company received the "Share Transfer Agreement" and "Voting Rights Entrustment Agreement" signed by its controlling shareholder Shandong New Journey, actual controller Su Zhancai, and shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Dou Jianwen and Fan Zhonghua. According to the agreement, Fan Zhonghua will acquire a total of 25,525,000 shares held by the transferors, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital. At the same time, Shandong New Journey and Su Zhancai will entrust Fan Zhonghua to exercise the voting rights of the remaining 23.02% of shares they hold.
