On June 19th, the auction for two plots of land in the main urban area of Chengdu was finalized. Among them, the 38.5-acre plot located in the Jinjiang District's Chafactory became the focus of attention, with multiple real estate companies including China Resources Land, China Overseas Land & Investment, China Jinmao, and ITG registering to bid. After 154 rounds of bidding, ITG won the plot with a premium rate of 75.74% and a floor price of 35,500 yuan per square meter, surpassing the previous China Merchants Shekou Dayuan plot, ranking second in Chengdu's floor price
