KUTESMART: Exits Qingdao Chi Heng Cheng Da Investment Partnership
KUTESMART announced that the company, as a limited partner, has jointly established the Qingdao KUTESMART Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership with the general partner Qingdao Kezhuanxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The company has contributed 200 million yuan in cash to join the Qingdao Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership, accounting for 95.24% of its total contribution. Recently, as all projects invested by Chiheng Chengda have exited, the partnership has decided to withdraw from Chiheng Chengda. As of the announcement date, Chiheng Chengda has completed the corresponding industrial and commercial change registration. This withdrawal will not have a substantial impact on the company's business operations
