The total funds used for the repurchase amount to 3.7297 million yuan, funded by its own resources. As of the date of this announcement, the aforementioned restricted shares have completed the repurchase and cancellation procedures at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. After the completion of the repurchase and cancellation, the company's total share capital will change from 60.5065 million shares to 60.3283 million shares
