# Changjiang Securities: Initiates "Buy" rating on InventisBio, innovative pipeline demonstrates long-term value

Changjiang Securities research report points out that InventisBio targets high-threshold small molecule targeted drugs in the Biotech sector, with an innovative pipeline demonstrating long-term value. The company is a leading small molecule drug R&D Biotech enterprise in China, focusing its R&D pipeline on high-threshold targets in the fields of oncology, autoimmune diseases, and metabolism. As of March 2025, the company has two drugs approved for market launch. Two blockbuster commercialized innovative drugs, with BD cooperation accelerating the potential release of Beifutini, which is the fourth approved third-generation EGFR-TKI in China, used for 1st/2nd line treatment of EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC, and its 1L and 2L indications have been included in the national medical insurance catalog in December 2023 and November 2024, respectively. In addition, the company's URAT1 inhibitor D-0120 for hyperuricemia and gout has also completed Phase IIb clinical trials domestically, showing good drug development potential.
