# ST DFSS is unable to complete the rectification of capital occupation on time and will be suspended from trading starting June 20

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST Dongshi (603377.SH) stated that due to the company's failure to complete the rectification of fund occupation within the mandated deadline (June 19, 2025), the company's stock and "Dongshi Convertible Bonds" will be suspended from trading starting from June 20, 2025, with an expected suspension period of no more than 2 months.

As of the date of this announcement, Dongfang Shishang Investment and its related parties have repaid a total of 0 yuan of occupied funds
