According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Vazyme (688105.SH) plans to repurchase part of its issued ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding. The amount for the repurchase will be between RMB 5 million (inclusive) and RMB 10 million (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 30 per share (inclusive).
