# Science Sun Pharm signed a transfer contract with BGI Protein regarding the NeoAB33 new drug project related technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Science Sun Pharm (300485.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "New Drug Technology Transfer Contract" with its affiliated company Beijing BGI Protein Research Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BGI Protein"). BGI Protein will transfer the technology related to the NeoAB33 new drug project it owns to the company, with a total transaction amount of 20 million yuan.

This technology transfer involves the design, modification, and production technology of the protein corresponding to the research and development code NeoAB33. This protein can release bradykinin and lysyl bradykinin from kininogen and has been proven to be a key step in the signal transduction of bradykinin B1 and B2 receptors, promoting blood flow through the induction of immediate vasodilation and subsequent long-term angiogenesis. The kinin release mediated by this mechanism can increase blood flow in various tissues, including the brain, kidneys, and heart, thereby activating downstream pathways to perform a series of physiological functions, such as dilating capillaries, relaxing vascular smooth muscle, increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure, anticoagulation, thrombolysis, and reducing blood viscosity
