# Raysharp: Li Zhiyang and Zhang Jinbiao collectively reduced their holdings by 322,000 shares

Raysharp announced that the share reduction plans of the company's directors and senior executives Li Zhiyang and Zhang Jinbiao have been completed. Li Zhiyang reduced his holdings by 300,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.4302% of the company's total share capital and 0.4435% of the total share capital after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account. Zhang Jinbiao reduced his holdings by 22,000 shares, accounting for 0.0315% of the company's total share capital and 0.0325% of the total share capital after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account. After the reduction, Li Zhiyang holds 1.263 million shares, accounting for 1.8110% of the total share capital, while Zhang Jinbiao holds 88,000 shares, accounting for 0.1262% of the total share capital
