\*Aoyuan Beauty Valley announced that the company has signed the "Aoyuan Beauty Valley Beneficial Debt Loan Agreement" with Nanjing Zijin Asset Management Co., Ltd., intending for Zijin Asset Management to provide the company with a beneficial debt loan of 50 million yuan. This loan will be used to maintain the company's normal production and operations, and within the approval scope of the Xiangyang Intermediate People's Court. The loan term is 12 months, with a fixed annual interest rate of 7%. This loan will help maintain the company's normal operations and facilitate the smooth progress of its restructuring work
