# KDXC plans to acquire no less than 51% equity in Zhongke Huamei

According to the announcement from KDXC (002669.SZ), on June 19, 2025, the company signed a "Letter of Intent for Acquisition" with Chengdu Zhongke Huamei Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Huamei" or "the target company") and its shareholders Liaoning Sihe Micro Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liaoning Sihe Micro"), Zhao Feng, and Sun Lina. The company intends to acquire no less than 51% of the equity of Zhongke Huamei in cash. Upon completion of this transaction, the company is expected to achieve control over the target company.

It is reported that Zhongke Huamei is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and services of highly reliable integrated circuit products, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services for customers in the special equipment field. Zhongke Huamei is based on core technology and has formed four major product lines, including microcontroller chips (MCU), general integrated circuits, high power density power supplies, and system-in-package circuits (SiP), targeting current and future market demands. These include microcontroller chips MCU and SOC (32-bit microcontroller circuits, 16-bit microcontroller circuits, 8-bit microcontroller circuits, etc.), system-level SIP chips (RF integrated control SIP chips, data processing modules, heterogeneous processor SIP chips), various analog integrated circuits (power management, interface circuits, signal chain circuits, etc.), and circuit modules, especially having technical advantages and market influence in the domestic substitution subfield of special equipment MCU. Zhongke Huamei has been recognized as a "Little Giant" enterprise of the sixth batch of national specialized and innovative enterprises and a national high-tech enterprise, and has been rated as a "Gazelle Enterprise" in Sichuan Province and a corporate technology center in Chengdu, with complete qualifications in related fields.

Zhongke Huamei focuses on microcontrollers (MCU), high power density power supplies, and system-in-package circuits (SiP) as its core, while expanding peripheral circuits to form a complete domestic solution, providing added value and services to customers.
