# Asiacom: Shareholder Tianyou Yongfeng reduces holdings by 0.35% of the company's shares

Asiacom announced that one of its controlling shareholders, Tianyou Yongfeng Venture Capital Partnership, reduced its holdings by a total of 300,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions from June 18, 2025, to June 19, 2025, accounting for 0.35% of the company's total share capital and 0.35% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special account. After the reduction, Tianyou Yongfeng holds 1.3587 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.57% of the total share capital and 1.58% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special account. This reduction plan complies with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents and will not lead to a change in the company's control
