(referred to as "Taihu Investment") and the company, with Taihu Investment holding 51% and China Salt Chemical holding 49%. On June 16, 2025, Zhongyan Soda Industry participated in the bidding for the natural soda mining rights in the Daqintala area of Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. On June 17, 2025, it received the "Transaction Confirmation" from the Tongliao City Natural Resources Bureau, and Zhongyan Soda Industry won the mining rights for 6.80866 billion yuan.
