According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PPM (SuZhou) (300905.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Suzhou Youli Hesheng Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Youli Hesheng"), plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1.5 million shares of the company (accounting for 0.8432% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
