According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinexcel Electric (300693.SZ) stated that Mr. Fang Xing, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1 million shares (accounting for 0.3205% of the total share capital of the company after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) within three months after the 15 trading days following the pre-disclosure announcement of the reduction
