According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OIWAHPAWN (01319) announced that on June 19, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary OIWAH Property (lender) entered into a loan agreement with the client (borrower). Under the loan agreement, OIWAH Property agrees to provide the client with a loan totaling HKD 10 million, with an annual interest rate of 13.0%.

Prior to entering into the loan agreement, the group had provided current loans to the client and entered into current loan agreements
