According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Tongtu Automobile Leasing Co., Ltd. was established, with Lu Yuan as the legal representative. The business scope includes establishing project companies in bonded areas for financial leasing companies to carry out financing leasing business. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by JFL
