# GGITG: The stock pledge of the controlling shareholder's concerted actors and actual controllers has been extended to 2026

GGITG announced that the actual controller, Ms. Zhang Chunfang, holds 139 million shares of the company, accounting for 20.93% of the total share capital. The number of shares for this pledge extension is 32.18 million shares, with the original repurchase trading date set for June 19, 2025, now extended to June 18, 2026. After the pledge extension, Ms. Zhang Chunfang has pledged a total of 58.18 million shares of the company, accounting for 41.74% of her total shares held and 8.74% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is Southwest Securities Co., Ltd., and the pledged financing funds will be used for project investment
