# LPSK: The holding subsidiary Fangzheng Testing's application for listing on the New Third Board has been accepted

LPSK announced that its holding subsidiary Suzhou Fangzheng Engineering Technology Development Testing Co., Ltd. recently received the "Acceptance Notice" issued by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. The application materials submitted by Fangzheng Testing for listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system meet the relevant requirements and are now accepted. However, Fangzheng Testing's application for listing on the New Third Board still needs to undergo the review procedures of the relevant regulatory authorities, and there is a certain degree of uncertainty regarding its completion
