# CITIC: Li Guozhong resigns as director of CITIC Pacific Special Steel

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CITIC (00267) announced that the board of directors of its subsidiary CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. (CITIC Special Steel) recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Li Guozhong, a director of the company. Mr. Li's original term was set to end on May 7, 2026, but due to work changes, he applied to resign from his positions as a director of CITIC Special Steel and his roles in the Strategy, Risk, and ESG Committees. Aside from serving as the chairman and legal representative of Jiangyin Xingfu Special Equipment Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of CITIC Special Steel, Mr. Li will no longer hold any positions at CITIC Special Steel
