Hainan Ruize announced that 15,002,700 shares held by its shareholder Daxing Group, accounting for 100% of its total shares held and 1.31% of the company's total share capital, will be publicly auctioned by the People's Court of Qionghai City, Hainan Province, from July 21 to July 22, 2025, to settle debt disputes. This auction will not have a significant impact on the company's daily operations and does not involve a change in the company's control.
