Northglass's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanyuan Flow Fan, has reached a strategic cooperation with Boyuan Electromechanical and signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement." The two parties will combine the energy-saving technologies of Sanyuan Flow's efficient fans and permanent magnet motors to jointly carry out industrial energy-saving renovations, aiming to improve the energy-saving rate of fan systems, with a target of achieving over 20% energy savings in the glass industry, and gradually promoting technological upgrades in other high-energy-consuming industries
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Northglass (002613.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Luoyang Northglass Sanyuan Flow Fan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanyuan Flow Fan") has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Boyuan Electromechanical (Nantong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Boyuan Electromechanical"). The two parties plan to achieve strategic cooperation on the combined application of Sanyuan flow high-efficiency fan energy-saving technology and permanent magnet motor energy-saving technology, and jointly carry out energy-saving transformation business in the industrial sector.
The agreement stipulates that both parties will leverage their respective technical advantages in the research and development of industrial fans and permanent magnet motors, jointly invest resources to create an intelligent fan system with functions such as operating status monitoring and intelligent control, promote the integration and intelligence of Sanyuan flow fans and permanent magnet motors in industrial applications, enhance the energy-saving rate of fan systems, and assist in the application of advanced energy-saving technologies in the industrial sector and the energy-saving transformation of existing equipment. The cooperation focuses on intelligent fan systems in the glass industry, aiming to achieve an energy-saving rate of over 20%; at the same time, it will gradually promote energy-saving technology upgrades in high-energy-consuming industries such as building materials and metallurgy, as well as in special working conditions such as high temperature and high dust fans
