Yasheng Group: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to invest 30 million yuan to establish a company to strengthen supply chain construction
On the evening of June 20th, Yasheng Group announced that in order to strengthen supply chain construction and ensure the long-term stable supply of raw materials for the sugar industry, its wholly-owned subsidiary Gansu Yasheng Sweet Source Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. plans to invest CNY 30 million in cash to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Gansu Yasheng Ganyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., in the Ganzhou District of Zhangye City, Gansu Province. The establishment of this subsidiary aligns with the company's long-term development strategy and future business development needs, and will help promote the sustainable, stable, and healthy development of the company's sugar industry
