The total subscribed capital of this partnership is RMB 100 million, of which Xieli Partnership, as the general partner, has contributed RMB 1 million with its own funds, holding a 1% partnership share, while the company has contributed RMB 40 million with its own funds, holding a 40.00% partnership share
