# Linewell's actual controller Wu Zhixiong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Linewell (603636.SH) announced that Mr. Wu Zhixiong, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 11.6072 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement due to his own funding needs
