# Hongdou Industrial: Controlling shareholder Hongdou Group pledges and freezes shares

Hongdou Industrial announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Hongdou Group Co., Ltd., holds 1.353 billion shares of the company, accounting for 58.90% of the total share capital; this time, 165 million shares are judicially marked, accounting for 12.16% of the total shares held and 7.16% of the total share capital. Hongdou Group and its concerted actors, Zhou Haijiang and Wuxi Honghong Clothing Co., Ltd., collectively hold 1.437 billion shares of the company, accounting for 62.58% of the total share capital; among them, a total of 3.4089 million shares are judicially frozen, 222 million shares are judicially marked, accounting for a total of 15.66% of the shares held and 9.80% of the total share capital; a total of 51.3454 million shares are pending freezing, accounting for 3.57% of the shares held and 2.24% of the total share capital. Hongdou Group has pledged a total of 1.351 billion shares of the company, accounting for 99.90% of the shares held and 58.84% of the total share capital. Hongdou Group and its concerted actors, Zhou Haijiang and Wuxi Honghong Clothing Co., Ltd., have collectively pledged 1.372 billion shares of the company, accounting for 95.48% of the total shares held and 59.76% of the total share capital. The total number of pledged shares by Hongdou Group accounts for more than 80% of the shares it holds
