# Hanyi plans to establish a joint venture with Xianmi Technology to layout IP embedding in games

According to the announcement from Hanyi (301270.SZ), the company plans to jointly invest with Hangzhou Xianmi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xianmi Technology") to establish Hangzhou Hanmi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name). The target company aims to have a registered capital of RMB 2 million, with the company contributing RMB 1.6 million in cash, accounting for 80% of the target company's registered capital. The announcement states that the joint investment with Xianmi Technology is a new attempt by the company to utilize its own IP in the digital economy gaming field.
