# The actual controller of SELON and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SELON (301131.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controllers Mr. Hao Yuanzeng, Ms. Ren Ping, Mr. Hao Jianxin, Ms. Wu Ruosi, and their concerted parties Anyi SELON Consulting Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Anyi SELON") and Anyi Jubao Long Consulting Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Anyi Jubao Long") regarding their plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The aforementioned shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1,433,764 shares, which is no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital
