# SANAI HEALTH GP: Chen Chengqing is no longer an executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANAI HEALTH GP (01889) announced that Mr. Chen Chengqing will no longer serve as an executive director from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting.

The board of directors has proposed (i) to remove Zhang Rongqing from the position of executive director; and (ii) to convene a special shareholders' meeting in accordance with the bylaws to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the proposed removal
