# Shareholders of ASEM, Ailong Venture Capital and some directors and supervisors plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.86% of the shares

According to the announcement from ASEM (688720.SH), due to the personal funding needs of shareholders, shareholder Ailong Venture Capital and company director Mr. Yang Yiwu, deputy general manager Mr. Zhao Jianlong, and former supervisor Mr. Zhuang Jianhua plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading. Ailong Venture Capital intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.644 million shares, accounting for no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Yang Yiwu intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 210,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.24% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Zhao Jianlong intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 150,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.17% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Zhuang Jianhua intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 400,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.45% of the company's total share capital
