# Xinxunda: Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% through centralized bidding

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinxunda (300518.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd. - Minmetals Trust - Quality Forward-looking Equity Investment Single Fund Trust No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as "Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd."), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan (during this period, if there is a legal or regulatory window period, no reduction will be made). It intends to reduce no more than 1,994,100 shares (inclusive), accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; and intends to reduce no more than 3,988,200 shares (inclusive) through block trading, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital
