# CHINA TIANRUI Cement received an increase of approximately 147 million shares from its controlling shareholder

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA TIANRUI announced that its controlling shareholder, Yu Kuo Limited, purchased approximately 147 million shares of the company through over-the-counter trading on June 21, 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, Yu Kuo holds a total of approximately 1.845 billion shares, accounting for about 59.8% of the company's total issued share capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA TIANRUI (01252) announced that its controlling shareholder, YuKuo Limited, purchased approximately 147 million shares of the company through over-the-counter trading on June 21, 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, YuKuo holds a total of approximately 1.845 billion shares, accounting for about 59.8% of the company's total issued share capital
