# CHINA GAS HOLD's subsidiary Zhongran Hongming received an investment increase of 216 million RMB

> CHINA GAS HOLD announced related transactions, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongran Hongming acquiring a total of 23% equity from China Shuangtan, Huiguang Lianzhi, and Meiya for a total consideration of RMB 216 million. The proceeds will mainly be used for the ongoing business development of the power and new energy division. Upon completion, the company's shareholding in Zhongran Hongming will be diluted from 100% to 77%
