According to the Qichacha APP, Guilin Zhixing Tourism Network Technology Co., Ltd. has been established, with Zhu Jinfang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500,000 yuan. The business scope includes: battery leasing; operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; leasing of charging control equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Guilin Tourism's wholly-owned subsidiary Guilin Tourism Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd. and others
