# HNHS plans to acquire 100% of Yixin Technology, resuming trading on June 24

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HNHS (600156.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% of Yixin Technology through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise matching funds. As of the signing date of the proposal, the audit and evaluation work related to this transaction has not yet been completed, and the transaction price of the target assets has not been determined. The company's stock will resume trading on June 24, 2025 (Tuesday) at the market opening.

The target company is deeply engaged in the AIDC field, focusing on the full lifecycle service of green computing infrastructure. Its main business includes the planning, design, construction implementation, and operation management of green intelligent computing centers, independent research and development of energy-saving system products, as well as computing power pooling scheduling and operation services for scenarios such as artificial intelligence and large model training. The target company is driven by technological innovation and is committed to promoting the upgrade of computing power infrastructure towards low carbon, high density, and intelligence.

This transaction closely aligns with the national strategy to promote the construction of new information infrastructure and accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity. The target company has established and operated multiple high-performance intelligent computing centers in locations such as Shenzhen, Huizhou, Guangzhou, and Haikou, while also constructing a green intelligent computing center in Chenzhou, Hunan, and planning to extend its layout in Henan and Sichuan, gradually forming a regional computing service capability covering South China, Central China, North China, and Southwest China. The target company plans to rely on the under-construction green intelligent computing center in Hunan Province to accelerate the establishment of high-density, high-efficiency core computing nodes in the central region, gaining a first-mover advantage in laying out computing resources in the central area.

With Hunan as the core hub, the target company is expected to further build a national intelligent computing resource system that radiates the central region and connects the east and west, effectively accommodating high-intensity computing demand scenarios such as low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, industrial internet, and financial technology, enhancing the regional coordination capability and overall operational efficiency of China's intelligent computing infrastructure. This transaction will help the company deeply integrate into the national computing network layout, empowering the high-quality development of new quality productivity
