According to the announcement from SCE CM (00606), effective June 23, 2025: Mr. Huang Lun, the executive director and chairman of the board, will no longer serve as a member and chairman of the nomination committee; Ms. Ku Weihong, the executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Wang Yongping, the independent non-executive director, has been transferred from a member of the nomination committee to the chairman of the nomination committee
