# CTI terminates the fourth phase of the employee stock ownership plan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huace Testing (300012.SZ) stated that after the board of directors reviewed and approved the relevant proposals for the employee stock ownership plan, the company is actively promoting the related matters of the employee stock ownership plan. Due to changes in tariff policies and the capital market, the overall volatility of the A-share market has intensified, and stock prices have shown irrational fluctuations.
