# JINJIA: Plans to invest 5 million yuan to establish a partnership

JINJIA announced that the company held a board meeting on June 22, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding joint investment with related parties and related transactions. The company plans to jointly invest with its director Liao Zhaohui, Yinbo Iteration Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., and other partners to establish Shanghai Yinbo Iteration Venture Capital Enterprise. The partnership's total investment amount is 300 million yuan, with an initial fundraising scale of 81 million yuan. The company intends to act as a limited partner and contribute 5 million yuan of its own funds, accounting for 6.17% of the total initial fundraising amount. Liao Zhaohui intends to act as a limited partner and contribute 16.9 million yuan of his own funds, accounting for 20.86% of the total contribution. Yinbo Iteration will serve as the executive managing partner of the fund
