GETTOP: Increased capital to Hong Kong Shuweipeng by HKD 88.35 million

GETTOP announced that the company plans to inject 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Gettop Technology Sdn.Bhd. in Malaysia into its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Shuweipeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in the form of capital increase. After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Hong Kong Shuweipeng will increase from HKD 10,000 to HKD 88.35 million and it will still be a first-level wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, while the Malaysian company will be adjusted to a second-level subsidiary of the company. The transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization and still requires the relevant government departments of the subsidiary's registered location to complete registration and filing procedures
