# YTO INTL EXP: Independent non-executive director Xu Junmin has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YTO INTL EXP (06123) stated that starting from June 23, 2025, Mr. Yu Huijiao, the non-executive director and chairman of the board, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee; non-executive director Ms. Wang Lixiu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and independent non-executive director Mr. Xu Junmin (who is already a member of the nomination committee) has been transferred to the position of chairman of the nomination committee
