# FAWER: Fawer Company plans to sell all shares of BLACK SESAME

FAWER announced that in order to optimize asset allocation efficiency and achieve the market-oriented value transformation of investment returns, its holding subsidiary FUSAI Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to sell all shares of BLACK SESAME International Holdings Limited it holds, totaling 1.6485 million shares, accounting for 0.26% of its total share capital. The board of directors has agreed to authorize the company's management committee to approve the sale plan of BLACK SESAME shares held by FUSAI based on the stock market conditions, with the authorization period being 24 months from the date of the board's approval. The transaction methods include selling through the centralized bidding trading system of the stock exchange, block trading, and other methods, with the transaction price to be determined opportunely based on the trends of the secondary market stock prices. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization
