# Sosen plans to establish a holding company Sosen Robotics Transmission to explore the high-performance electromechanical products market

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sosen (301002.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest 10 million yuan with Chongqing Jinggang Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chongqing Jinggang Transmission") to establish Shenzhen Sosen Robot Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, the company will contribute 5.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Chongqing Jinggang Transmission will contribute 4.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 45% of the registered capital.

The joint venture partner, Chongqing Jinggang Transmission, is a technology company engaged in the research and design of transmission and drive components such as harmonic reducers, with certain technological accumulation and first-mover advantages in the industry. The establishment of Shenzhen Sosen Robot Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. through joint investment will help both parties integrate their resources, jointly develop high-performance transmission and drive component products, explore the high-performance electromechanical product market, enhance the company's technological strength, and lay out a long-term sustainable development path
