# GUDOU HLDGS appoints Jiang Guowei as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GUDOU HLDGS (08308) announced that Mr. Jiang Guowei has been appointed as the company's executive director, chief executive officer, and authorized representative, effective from June 23, 2025.

On the same day, Mr. Han Zhiming has resigned as the company's chief executive officer and authorized representative to devote more time to other work arrangements. Independent non-executive director Mr. Yu Yaolai has been appointed as a member of the company's compliance committee, while Mr. Huang Zhanxiong is no longer a member of the company's compliance committee
